These terms apply to every booking of MJ The Unique, whether solo or as a duo with DJ Robert Abigail. By submitting a booking request, the client acknowledges and agrees to the conditions below.

1. Definitions

Artist refers to MJ The Unique as a performer, MC, host, or entertainer.
Client refers to the individual or organization making the booking.
Performance includes any show, appearance, event hosting, or entertainment activity.
Duo refers to the combined performance of MJ The Unique and DJ Robert Abigail, when booked together.
Reinvented Entertainment refers to the official management for MJ The Unique.

2. General Conditions

These terms apply to all offers, agreements, bookings, and performances.
Any deviation from these terms must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered pending until confirmed in writing by Reinvented Entertainment.
A performance date is only secured once:
• all details are provided
• the offer is approved
• the required deposit (if applicable) has been paid

Reinvented Entertainment reserves the right to decline or cancel a request if the event type, location, or conditions are deemed unsuitable.

4. Performance Requirements

The Client must provide:
• a safe and professional performance environment
• reliable and high-quality sound equipment
• a functional microphone setup for the MC
• a separate sound rider for the DJ (if the Duo is booked)
• access to the venue ahead of time for soundcheck

If technical conditions cannot be met, Reinvented Entertainment may adjust or refuse the performance, without refund.

5. Travel, Accommodation, and Logistics

For performances more than 75 km from Antwerp or requiring late-night travel:
• travel expenses may be added
• accommodation may be required
Details will always be outlined in the booking confirmation.

6. Payments

Payments must be completed according to the invoice terms.
The performance fee does not include additional costs such as travel, parking, hospitality, or equipment rentals unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation by the Client

If the Client cancels:
• within 48 hours of confirmation: no fee
• less than 14 days before the event: 50 percent of the full fee
• less than 7 days before the event: 75 percent of the full fee
• less than 48 hours before the event: 100 percent of the full fee

Cancellation by the Artist

If the Artist must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, all payments will be refunded or an alternative date will be arranged.
Reinvented Entertainment is not liable for additional costs.

8. Force Majeure

Circumstances beyond control (illness, accident, extreme weather, travel disruptions, technical failures, etc.) release the Artist from obligations without financial liability.

9. Recordings and Media Use

The Client may only record or broadcast the performance if agreed in writing.
Reinvented Entertainment may use photos or short clips taken during the event for promotional use unless the Client objects in advance.

10. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising during the event unless caused by intentional acts.
The Client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment and providing necessary security.

11. Duo Performance Clause

When booking the Duo (MJ The Unique + DJ Robert Abigail):
• both artists must be treated as individual contractors
• both fees must be paid
• both technical riders must be followed
If the DJ cannot perform, the MC can still perform solo unless the Client chooses otherwise (fees adjusted accordingly).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Antwerp unless otherwise agreed.
